Award-winning dining in the Peak District

Hi, welcome in...
Welcome to The Ashford Arms. We pride ourselves on really good food without the fuss and are passionate about supporting local farmers, brewers and producers. We love to play host with our signature service which is spot on, every time.
We’ve won loads of awards (which is nice) but the thing that underpins everything we do is that we care about you. Whether you’re a valued customer, one of our partner suppliers working hard to deliver fresh produce around the Peak District or our much-loved and appreciated team members, it’s all about you. Not us.
We’re the kind of place that welcomes you with open arms, whatever the occasion. Kick back next to the fire with your walking boots on and the dog at your feet one day, come back dressed up and go ‘out out’ with your mates the next. Pop in with the kids when you haven’t done the big shop or park yourself near a plug for that lunchtime meeting over the laptop.
With 9 individually styled cosy yet sophisticated bedrooms, rest your head and use The Ashford Arms as your base to explore the best the Peak District has to offer.
Whatever you do here, you’ll be met with attentive but not overbearing down-to-earth service, food to make your mouth water and memories that will last a lifetime.
